You mentioned that you experience some lag, with badges taking a long time to be added and slow scrolling. I don't experience that on my end but that's good information to know because others might be.

Would you mind emailing me a couple details, such as how many works you have saved in the extension, does the lag happen immediately, what processor your computer uses? I have some ideas for reducing lag on the backend, but knowing your specific situation would help me approach this issue.
