Fixes Tiermaker's annoying default layout by putting the tierlist and the untiered items side-by-side instead of one above the other, and you can scroll through them independently.
Now allows for adjusting the tierlist-to-untiered-list ratio with a super convenient drag bar, and also works for the alignment chart maker (mostly)!
