    Improve restoration of windows having tabs with URLs that raise an "Illegal URL" error, which has been reported to occur in Firefox for URLs that begin with "about:" or "moz-extension:". Previously, any "illegal" URL completely prevented the window from being restored. Now, all "illegal" URLs are silently ignored, and a different API is used to open URLs in tabs that is more permissive.
