Tab Share - one link for a group of tabs by kaikay

Tab Share bundles a set of pages into a single link.

• Share the current window's tabs, a browser tab group, or links you paste in.
• Reorder, trim and rename the list before you create the link. The list and name survive closing the popup.
• The recipient just clicks the link -- no extension, no sign-up. It opens as a clean slideshow: framed page view, title bar, next/previous arrows, a clickable segmented pager and jump-to-page.
• Four ways to view a link: slideshow, a large preview grid, a compact grid, and a copyable numbered list. Sites that allow it preview live; the rest show a card with "Open this page".
• Filter any view by title, site or URL. Selection mode adds checkboxes to open the pages you pick in this window, a new window, or a new tab group. Or open every page at once.
• Light and dark theme, dark by default.
• Optional: protect a link with a password (encrypted in your browser), or run it through a URL shortener you choose.
• Optional: create a Minimal link (URLs only, roughly half the length) when link size matters more than readable titles -- a normal link keeps every title and every URL untouched.
• If the recipient also has Tab Share, a button in the viewer offers to open the whole set straight into a window or tab group, or save it to their history.

How it works, and why it's private:
The whole list is packed into the part of the link after "#", which browsers never send to a server. Tab Share itself has no backend, no database, and no tracking. The extension makes no network requests unless you turn on a URL shortener; the viewer makes none unless you turn on site icons. A shortener you enable is a separate service with its own terms -- the first-party one (s.kaikay.de) keeps only aggregate click counts, no IPs or cookies. The extension reads your tabs only when you press a button.

You host the tiny viewer page yourself (GitHub Pages, Netlify, ...) or use the one configured by whoever packaged the extension. Open source (GNU AGPL-3.0).
