Only had this extension a hot second, and I actually added and removed a couple of other ones thinking they weren't working - when it looks like Nature.com has just managed to block these (confirmed it worked on Cell). I'm glad I found this, anyway, because it has the clearest, nicest interface I've seen! Both the simple toggles of what cookies you will accept, with explanations, and the fact you can add your own rule lists. Amazing work, thank you so much.

Convenient way to make your choices *once* and apply them to every site you visit. Lets you know it's working without getting in your way.

It's the best I encountered so far and the report function offers an improvement to be made, that's all I ask for.

I couldn't make this work, but then I gave it permissions for everything, and now it works fine. Must-have-add-on IMO.
