The BrandQuill extension has one purpose: move text that the user chooses from a supported AI chat into the BrandQuill publisher.

The extension reads the current supported AI chat page only after the user clicks its toolbar button. If text is selected, it captures the selection. Otherwise it attempts to capture the latest assistant response. The captured draft is stored in local browser extension storage for up to 10 minutes and is removed as soon as the BrandQuill publisher acknowledges delivery.

The draft is never placed in a URL, sent to an advertising service, sold, used for advertising, or used for AI training. BrandQuill document generation runs in the browser. The draft and Word template are not sent to an AI model. The extension does not include advertising trackers or cross-site identifiers.

Permissions are limited to activeTab, scripting, storage, and access to https://brandquill.app/* for delivering the pending draft. Questions can be sent to support@brandquill.app. The full policy is available at https://brandquill.app/extension/privacy.
