Where are my tags/keywords?

The current API provided by the browser does not allow access to this information so these can not be exported or imported at the current time

Why are the creation times after import all wrong not retained?

Same reason as with the tags/keywords. The API doest not allow to set the creation time when a bookmark node is created at the moment.
