Added the standard Netscape bookmarks.html format — the exact format Chrome/Firefox/Edge/Safari use, so you can move bookmarks between browsers

Options → Import & Export (new "HTML bookmarks" card) + popup ☰ menu (new "Export HTML (bookmarks)" / "Import HTML (browser)" entries)

1. Quick Actions menu before the tabs — a ☰ menu button sits at the left of the tab bar (always reachable) and opens a dropdown with Add Bookmark · Add Login · Export · Import (closes on outside click, has a tooltip). The bottom bar stays too.
2. Vertical scrollbar in all 4 tabs — Bookmarks, Passwords, Tags, About all scroll with a styled visible scrollbar (thin for Firefox via scrollbar-width, 8px thumb for Chrome/Edge, hover highlight). Plus overscroll-behavior: contain so the scroll doesn't bleed into the popup.
3. Ascending/Descending button before the search icon — a sort toggle (↓ newest-first / ↑ oldest-first) sits in the header before 🔍. It re-sorts:
   
   Bookmarks & Passwords by updated date (asc/desc)
   Tags by name (A→Z / Z→A)

The active state is highlighted, and the tooltip shows "Sort: Newest first" / "Sort: Oldest first".
